Dr. Jason Hurley is the founder of EyeCare of Rigby and EyeCare of Blackfoot, where his passion for helping people see their best has been the driving force since 2004. Born and raised in Rigby and Rexburg, Dr. Hurley has deep roots in the community he serves. After graduating from Ricks College and Idaho State University, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry.
Dr. Hurley is especially passionate about improving lives through comprehensive vision care, with a strong focus on treating dry eye disease. He takes pride in using the latest technology and treatments to provide personalized solutions for every patient.
Outside the office, family is at the heart of everything he does. Jason and his wife, Wendy, have three daughters—Kelli, Emilee, and Jane—all of whom are married. Their greatest joy comes from spending time with their four grandchildren, who keep life exciting and full of love.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Hurley enjoys staying active and making memories with his family. He loves playing golf and pickleball, mountain biking, traveling, and boating—especially when it means time together with those he loves most.
